What is Logic Sanctuary?

Logic Sanctuary is a mathematics confidence and mentoring initiative for students in Classes 7–10. Through ROOTS Reflection, personalized guidance, and structured mentoring, we help students build confidence, strengthen logical thinking, and develop a positive relationship with mathematics.

Who can join Logic Sanctuary?

Logic Sanctuary is designed primarily for students studying in Classes 7–10. If your child falls outside this range, please feel free to contact us to discuss whether the programme would be suitable.

Is Logic Sanctuary an online programme?

Yes. ROOTS, ROOTS Plus consultations, and mentoring sessions are all conducted online.

What is ROOTS?

ROOTS is a simple questionnaire that reflects your child's current relationship with mathematics — their learning patterns, conceptual understanding, strengths, and areas for growth.

Is ROOTS an examination?

No. ROOTS is not an examination or a test. It is a simple questionnaire designed to understand how your child learns mathematics so that appropriate recommendations can be made.

How long does the ROOTS reflection take?

There's no fixed time limit — your child can take it at their own pace. We request that it be completed and submitted within 48 hours of receiving the link.

What will I receive after completing ROOTS Reflection?

You will receive a comprehensive ROOTS Report containing observations about your child's mathematical confidence, strengths, learning patterns, growth areas, and personalized recommendations.

Is ROOTS Plus compulsory?

No. ROOTS Plus is optional but recommended for parents who would like a detailed discussion of the ROOTS Report and guidance on the next steps.

What happens during the ROOTS Plus consultation?

We discuss the ROOTS Report, explain the ROOTS Reflection findings, answer your questions, and provide personalized recommendations for your child's learning journey.

Can I enroll directly in the Nurturing programme?

No. Nurturing is not an open-enrollment programme. Recommendations are made only after the ROOTS reflection and, where appropriate, the ROOTS Plus consultation.

Does every child join Nurturing?

No. Every recommendation is based on the individual ROOTS Reflection findings. Some students may benefit from continued mentoring, while others may be able to progress independently using the recommendations provided.

Will my child receive homework?

Nurturing focuses on developing mathematical confidence and logical thinking through guided mentoring. Depending on your child's needs, reflective activities or practice may be suggested between sessions, but the programme is not homework-driven.

Will this help improve my child's marks?

As confidence and understanding grow, many students naturally become better equipped to handle school mathematics. While this often supports improved academic performance, Logic Sanctuary does not promise specific marks or examination results.

Why are students placed in small cohorts?

Logic Sanctuary intentionally works with small cohorts so that every child receives meaningful interaction, thoughtful guidance, and individual attention. Smaller groups also encourage participation and create a supportive learning environment.

Are admissions open throughout the year?

Admissions are offered through planned cohorts. Registration opens for each cohort separately, and students begin their journey together.

What if I miss the current cohort?

If registrations for a cohort have closed, you may reserve a place in the next available cohort.

Can my child join a cohort after it has already started?

To provide a consistent learning experience for all students, children generally begin with a new cohort rather than joining midway.

How are students placed into a cohort?

Recommendations are made after completing ROOTS and, where appropriate, ROOTS Plus. This helps us understand your child's learning profile before suggesting continued mentoring.

Are children grouped only by grade?

No. While school grade is considered, we also take into account learning needs, confidence, and readiness so that students can learn comfortably alongside peers with similar needs.

How do I register?

You can reserve your place through the website by selecting the upcoming cohort and completing the registration process.

What are the programme fees?

Programme fees are listed on the respective programme pages. International families will automatically see pricing in USD based on the selected region.
