Logic Sanctuary is an educational mentoring platform that assists students in developing a healthier and more confident relationship with mathematics through reflection, personalised guidance, and mentoring.

Logic Sanctuary's services are designed to support learning and confidence-building and do not constitute a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services.

Logic Sanctuary currently offers the following programmes, the structure of which may be updated periodically as Logic Sanctuary continues to develop its services:

A parent or legal guardian enrolling a child in any programme offered by Logic Sanctuary thereby represents and warrants that they are the parent or legal guardian of, and are authorised to provide consent on behalf of, the participating student.

All materials, reports, graphics, written content, website design, educational resources, logos, and branding made available by Logic Sanctuary are, and shall remain, the intellectual property of Logic Sanctuary, save where expressly stated otherwise.

No such material may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or exploited for commercial purposes without Logic Sanctuary's prior written permission.

The ROOTS Report is prepared specifically for the participating student and is intended solely for the personal use of that student and their family.

The ROOTS Report shall not be reproduced, altered, or used for any commercial purpose without Logic Sanctuary's prior written permission.

Each child's circumstances are unique. While Logic Sanctuary's recommendations are based on research-informed educational practices, individual outcomes depend on numerous factors, including the student's participation, family involvement, learning environment, and consistency of implementation.

Accordingly, Logic Sanctuary makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to any specific academic, emotional, or behavioural outcome, and shall not be liable for the non-achievement of any anticipated result.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Logic Sanctuary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profit, opportunity, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with the use of its website or services, whether such liability arises in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Logic Sanctuary's total maximum aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the services provided hereunder, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the client to Logic Sanctuary for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

Logic Sanctuary reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services or website at its discretion and without prior notice, where necessary.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, and the parties hereby irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction.
