Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is issued by Logic Sanctuary ("we," "us," or "our") and governs all refund, rescheduling, and cancellation requests in respect of the services described herein. This Policy is intended to balance the interests of clients with Logic Sanctuary's obligation to allocate resources for the delivery of personalised, appointment-based services. By booking any service with Logic Sanctuary, the client ("you" or "your") acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. General Principles
Logic Sanctuary recognises that circumstances beyond a client's control may necessitate changes to scheduled appointments. This Policy sets out the conditions under which rescheduling and refunds may be permitted.
All requests for rescheduling or cancellation must be submitted in writing to Logic Sanctuary's designated e-mail address, logicsanctuary@gmail.com.
2. ROOTS Reflection Services
No refund, whether in whole or in part, shall be issued once the ROOTS Reflection Questionnaire is shared or once preparation of the ROOTS Report has been initiated. This restriction reflects the genuine time, professional effort, and resources committed by Logic Sanctuary upon commencement of the report preparation, and applies irrespective of the reason for the client's subsequent request for cancellation or refund.
3. ROOTS PLUS Consultation Services
Requests to reschedule a ROOTS PLUS consultation shall be considered where received not less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment, and any such rescheduling shall be subject to Logic Sanctuary's availability.
Where a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice of at least twenty-four (24) hours, Logic Sanctuary reserves the right to treat such appointment as a completed session for the purposes of fee calculation and session entitlement, save where Logic Sanctuary, in its reasonable discretion, determines that the non-attendance arose from circumstances warranting an exception.
4. NURTURING Mentoring Programme
Requests to reschedule individual mentoring sessions under the NURTURING programme shall be considered where received not less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session.
Any unused sessions shall remain valid solely within the programme duration communicated to the client at the time of enrolment. No extension of validity, carry-forward, or redemption of unused sessions beyond such period shall be permitted, save where expressly agreed in writing by Logic Sanctuary.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, Logic Sanctuary may, in exceptional circumstances, consider a request for a refund that would not otherwise be permitted under this Policy.
Any such request shall be assessed on its individual merits, and the determination as to whether exceptional circumstances exist, and whether any refund shall be granted (including the amount and terms thereof), shall rest in the reasonable discretion of Logic Sanctuary, exercised in good faith. No entitlement to a refund under this clause shall be implied, and Logic Sanctuary's decision in this regard shall be final.
6. General
Logic Sanctuary reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time, with such amendments taking effect upon publication on Logic Sanctuary's website unless otherwise stated.
This Policy shall be read in conjunction with, and does not derogate from, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions governing the client's engagement of Logic Sanctuary's services.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain and adjudicate any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Policy or the services provided by Logic Sanctuary, and the parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
